There was a revolving door of vendors, contractors, and repairmen to coordinate. Deferred maintenance resulted in costly repairs. And to make matters worse, it was challenging to balance the schedules of family, work, and additional commitments.

Fortunately, based on our experience, we knew there was a better way.
